The following are the fees, pricing and the three memberships which are currently offered by Pelican Marsh Golf Club:

The Golf Membership
The Golf Membership provides the benefit of unlimited golf, full dining and social privileges, no greens fees, and enables 7-day advanced starting time privileges.
The Equity Membership is priced at $45,000 with annual dues of $10,640. The Capital dues are $1,000.
The Non-Equity Membership is priced at $30,000 with annual dues of $10,640. The Capital dues are $1,000.

The Social Membership
The Social membership provides the benefit of limited golf, full dining and social privileges, year-round access to the Practice Facility and 3-day advanced starting time privileges.
The Social Membership is priced at $6,000 with annual dues of $3,343. The Capital dues are $400.

The Dining Membership
The Dining Membership provides the benefit of dining and social privileges.
The Dining Membership is priced at $1,350

Additionally, the annual association fee for residences in the community of Pelican Marsh is $1,575 which includes the Pelican Marsh master fee of $825.
